Dear Precious Supporters:
Thank you for taking the time to visit, and we hope you will donate to this worthwhile cause. The people of Haiti now need our assistance more than ever. Please click HERE to donate. On Tuesday, January 12, 2010 the destructor 7.0 magnitude earthquake turned Haiti and its people into rubbles, and the capital city of Port-au-Prince into disaster. Consequently, many lives have lost, many life have shattered property destroyed, and families displaced. How hug is the need? Immense! As many of you know, Cornerstone sponsors a small school in Haiti (Institu Mixe Pierre Angulaire), located in La Plaine, which has over 300 children in attendance. Being located on the out skirts of Port-au-Prince, in a vulnerable location, we have not been able to find out the status of the school. If you know any one in the area, or have the potential to communicate with anyone there, please inquire about La Plaine and post the information on facebook or email me at info@helpmetoo.org. We desperately want to find out what has happened to the children. Click here to see our children.
Shelter is one component they will need Please
your help is needed very badly. No matter how you choose to channel your
donations, please use care, keeping in mind how the contributions will be
accounted for. If you channel through Cornerstone, every cent will be utilized
in the manner designated. I have been supporting the above-mentioned children
for over 6 years with limited outside support. At this critical time, however,
I’m asking that you trust me with your donation, knowing that if you give a
dollar, the whole dollar will be used to support the victims of the earthquake. Our toll free number is 1-888-462-4869.
People taking advantage of situation
like this make it difficult to raise support to do what need to get done. Most
people would say, “deal with big and well-known organizations, like Red Cross,
Food for the Poor, World vision,” and so forth. However, Looking in the news,
you’ll see the focus is in port-au-Prince. Nothing mentioned about the skirt
or the surrounding cities, which mean most majors groups supporting Haiti’s
crisis remain in Port-au-Prince. It’s the little guys like Cornerstone “help
me too” program that can see through tiny holes where the big guys cannot get
through. This is why I’m asking you to
trust me with your fully tax deductible donation. You can come back to us at
anytime and we’ll prove to you what you donation has done. “Help me too”
is a ministry of Cornerstone Christian University, which is a 501 (c) (3).
Having said this, if you paid online, your credit card will reflect Cornerstone
as the recipient. Please keep that is mind.

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti - Some of the dead in this shattered city line the roads, carefully placed garments shrouding their faces. Others are carried into the hills for quick burials. Hundreds are arrayed in a macabre tangle of limbs outside a morgue, just feet from the grievously wounded.
